Shelton, Stratford and Trumbull are showing some wonderful prices, $189K – in the White Hills section of Shelton, 249K asking in Trumbull and 165K for a home in “The Green “ in Stratford. All are homes that need cosmetic repairs and all are homes that will increase in value as the market inflates.

Here are a few local stats to keep you up to date on our market:
Stratford has 246 homes on the market ranging in price from 59.9K for ½ a duplex on Wooster Ave. to 1.499 million for a home on Ocean Avenue, facing the water. 27 homes sold last month ranging from 26K for a small 2 bedroom home on Bruce Avenue to 350K for a home on Goldbach Drive. Stratford truly is a Town for all Seasons and offers homes for all pocketbooks.
Shelton has a similar mix with 181 homes on the market ranging from a mobile home on 2nd Avenue for 19.9K to a home on Nature Lane for 1,124.9 million. Twenty homes sold last month ranging from a home on Pigeon Trail for 35K to a home in “The Berries” that sold for 560K.
Trumbull, in contrast, has smaller spread of prices . There are currently 200 homes on the market ranging in price from 175K for a home on Pepperidge Rd. to 1.100 million on Firehouse Road.
